1. A bachelor's degree or above in product management, quality management or a related field is required. Professional backgrounds in fields such as food, medicine, or bioengineering are preferred.
2. Have more than one year of experience in the full-process management of products or quality management, and be familiar with the core stages such as product planning, development, and testing.
3. Proficient in product architecture design, system setup, and technology selection. Possess data analysis capabilities and be able to utilize quality management tools (such as SPC, Six Sigma) to optimize processes;
4. Familiar with product testing methods, quality standards and industry regulations (such as the Food Safety Law, ISO standards), and possess the ability to operate instruments.
