1. Manage the product quality lifecycle, including quality planning, process control, testing, and continuous improvement.

2. Develop and implement quality management procedures to ensure products meet customer requirements and industry standards.

3. Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions across departments.

4. Establish quality inspection standards and organize quality training to enhance team awareness and technical competence.

5. Work closely with the R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer support teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

6. Collect and analyze customer feedback, driving continuous product and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

2. At least one year of experience in quality engineering, product quality management, or manufacturing quality control. Experience in RF, microwave, electronics, or related industries is preferred.

3. Familiarity with quality management systems and problem-solving methodologies, such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, or ISO 9001.

4. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to solve technical problems independently.

5. Experience with quality inspection equipment and measurement instruments is preferred.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP or PLM systems is a plus.

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve annual sales targets.

2. Identify new business opportunities, establish long-term customer relationships, and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts.

3. Promote the company's RF coaxial switch products and customized RF switching solutions across target industries, including communications, aerospace, test and measurement, AI computing, and automotive electronics.

4. Collaborate closely with the R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to provide technical solutions that meet customer requirements.

5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide timely market intelligence to support product development and business planning.

6. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. 

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. At least three years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the RF, microwave, electronics, or semiconductor industries.

3. Strong understanding of RF components, microwave technologies, or electronic test and measurement equipment is preferred.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Good written and spoken English is preferred; international business experience is an advantage.
